Three thousand ft. church located on 4.115 acres. Has 23 paved and marked parking spots. Sanctuary seats approximately 130 people. At the front of the church is a large, approx. 19×38, multi-use room which has been used for dinners or classes. You will find a ladies and a men’s restrooms and a pastor’s study off the far end of the multi-use room. There is a pass-through window from the kitchen into this room. The kitchen contains a freestanding electric range, a large propane grill, an ice machine, a double door cooler and double stainless-steel sinks. There is a small sound room, but the audio sound system will NOT convey. Outside there are two small buildings, one is being used for a youth classroom and the other for storage. The driveway off S. Carrier is shared with the church to the north.
